Me revoili, me revoilou!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A small moment to get fresh ideas, that makes the good and we leave for a new period of recipes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope that you crossed good Christmas and that dad Christmas so generous with you that with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But without further delay here is a recipe of rolled cake.

-4 eggs

-125 gr of caster sugar

-75 gr of Cornstarch

-25 gr of flour

-1 bag of vanilla sugar

-1 bag of baking powder

-1 pinch of salt

-30 gr of powder of almonds

-100 gr of sugar

-1 small glass of rum

-1/2 glass of water

-1 jar of jam in the choice (I I put apricots)

Preheat the oven in 150 ° during 20 minutes (thermostat 5).

Separate the whites of egg yolks.

Put the latter in a terrine with sugars. Beat the whole until the mixture goes pale and trains a ribbon.

Add the flour, the cornstarch, the powder of almonds and the yeast. Well move to have a homogeneous dough

Beat the whites until stiff farm with a pinch of salt. Incorporate it a soup spoon into the previous mixture without paying attention, to softening him. Add then the rest of the whites by lifting delicately the preparation.

Put this preparation on the tole of the oven covered with a parchment paper. Place this tole in the oven preheated during 15 minutes.

To take out the plate of the oven and to turn the dough on a wet cloth (but not flooded) and to surround the biscuit in this cloth (let exceed a tit boils with the cloth, to cover with it the end of the cake and run).

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by boiling the water and the sugar as well as the rum. Stop the gas, unwind the cake and water him with this warm syrup. Furnish with the jam and roll again the cake by removing the cloth. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with icing sugar if we wish it.

Some people and some people will say to me that at the moment it is not useful to clean windows because it is raining, but personally, I make them on average every 3 months.

I know two means to prepare of produced for windows and I give them to you below. They work to have tested them both.

This first recipe is the one that my grandma used: it is necessary to mix in equal volume of the cold water and some methylated spirit. It is great effective and it will be completed if we dry windows with some newspaper paper. It is good also for glasses.

The second recipe is more modern, but works very also: it is necessary to mix in a flask, 15 cl of ammonia, 5 cl of spirit vinegar of alcohol and to complete with some water up to 1 liter. It is an excellent cleaner house for windows. The only snag with these recipe it is that it is necessary to treat the ammonia with precaution and if as me you do not support the pure ammonia, make do this product by one of your close relations.

I tried the cleaners of the business, but I always returned there to these good old methods by privileging that of my grandma.

It is with pleasure that I present you my new partner, it is about Cordeliers who make a great sparkling wine to Saint Emilion (Saint Emilion is approximately 80 km from my home by going on Bordeaux).
