Here is the product which I had received from my partner Dunkerquoise and which I had reserved for making a recipe and a horror misfortune, we ate them such what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Indeed, I had taken out them to enjoy them and see the recipe which I could make with and there we put our nose inside and impossible to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are excellent from excellent and I can only recommend you to buy from it and to test them. Openly, I cannot say you better it is one truth slaughter!!!!!!!!! I go to see where I can find in my region there because openly, if I find there, I would make reserves and there maybe that I could concoct you a recipe with, go to know.

Another quite simple pitite recipe but what we adore at home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a very good compromise between the parties because it is light but greedy.

chocolat au laitIngredients:

-100 gr of round rice

-70 gr of caster sugar

-2 bags of vanilla sugar

-10 gr of cornstarch (or 1 soup spoon)

-1 pinch of salt

-3/4 of liter of milk

-Brown sugar

Put the rice in a sieve, well rinse him under the fresh water and make him go pale 2 minutes in some boiling water. Drain him carefully.

In a pan, put the milk, the sugars and the salt. Carry this mixture with boiling. Add the rice by moving well the boiling milk. Let cook 30 minutes by watching well the cooking to avoid that it does not burn. After this lapse of time, add the maizéna diluted with half a glass of milk. Let still cook 5 minutes and stop the fire.

Pay into a dish or individual ramekins and sprinkle with brown sugar. Serve tepid or cold.

A pitite chocolate mousse quite simple to realize, but so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-4 eggs

-200 grs of dark chocolate (50 grs by egg)

-2 bags of vanilla sugar

-1 pinch of salt

-(Optional) cognac


Cut the chocolate in small pieces, add 2 spoonful of water and make warm slowly.

Pay the chocolate melted in a terrine. Put egg yolks one after the other deeply by moving. Finish with the vanilla sugar and the cognac.

In another terrine, beat the whites until stiff very firm with a pinch of salt.

Incorporate a spoonful of these whites into the mixture egg yolks - chocolate to soften him. Add then the rest of the gone up whites and move delicately the preparation for the spatula to avoid that they do not fall again.

Put in the refrigerator 3 at 4 am before consuming.

Just a fast tit thing and what you already know maybe.

To remove the bitterness of an endive, it is just enough to dig its base because it is the heart which makes her bitter.

It is any simple but effective!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
