IT DOES NOT CHANGE A TEAM THAT loses about the redistribution, it may be intelligent without say that this is a government without much surprise. As since 1997, the people are virtually unchanged. The Congo Brazzaville account always 38 ministers for a population of just 4 million of inhabitants, whereas the USA has 12 ministers for a population of 300 million, look for the error… those who like the rest of us do not expect anything of this government reshuffle which held the microcosm in Congolese political breath were right. It is in effect a non-event; the system is so multiple sclerosis, devoted to its own survival, that it is incapable to reinvent itself and to design to produce excellence. It is a government of fidelity to which we are not asking for anything other than the allegiance to the hand that of the one that created it. Yet a few remarks are necessary: the most important, it is the MCDDI which increased from 2 to 3 ministers in the government due to the legislative elections which, however, have been a disaster for the party. This looks like a rebalancing by the appointments, of what the people have refused in the ballot box. This bonus is all the more surprising that other parties of the majority as the MAR which goes from 2 to 4 members retains a single portfolio, or the RPDS which increased from 2 to 5 members but is not even admitted in the government. Even the PCT, officially in broad progress, does not increase [ …]

THE CROW OF THE MARCH 04 MANDATÉ BY Sassou Nguesso HAS BEEN DEPLUMÉ "the hand that punishes must be spotless, because if the justice comes to compromise or to deceive, the social link itself is breaking" said Emile Zola: This is the key challenge in the rule of law. When justice is done oppression and convenience, the people bowed down and suffers, while the social cohesion is weakened in an underhand way and dangerous, maintaining long-term of bloody rebellions which do not necessarily result in the building of a more just and equitable society. Finally, the crow of doom that is sought and which has led to the Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU in this case is known, it is the Colonel INGANI. This officer is in service to the Presidential Guard or he is in charge of the arms, it is at the same time in service to the General Direction of the equipment and especially it is the Leader of the ECRAMMU which is the origin of the disaster of the March 04, 2012. It should be remembered that this officer in his career has never had any contact with the Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU. The Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU was unaware until its existence before this day the March 04, 2012 and has only been seen that the day of the March 30, 2012 when he is thrown into the cell in the DGST. It is this officer INGANI who ran his staff, commanding its structure, and who has been planning his guard service and permanence the Saturday, March 03, 2012. All the staff without exception has never been recruited by Colonel [ …]

IGNORE HIS RIGHTS, IS TO DIE OF ALL ABUSE By John NDINGA-NGOMA (Talassa) in Pointe-Noire as throughout the Congo Brazzaville everyone complains that human rights are not respected. Yet, it would be important before any of the known. As the desire of the Congolese NGOS and international agencies which multiplied the number of information sessions and training. Imagine…the police arrive at a citizen of the 04 hours of the morning. Without a warrant issued by the prosecutor of the Republic, they boarded the ill-fated in the trunk of a taxi and the lead to the commissioner. That a policeman goes steer a merchant on the order of his brigade commander, this is what is often done. Not surprising in these story books, since this practice is an integral part of the mores of our Public Force. That someone calls all his friends to kill an alleged thief, is not surprising, because these kinds of performances are frequent in our cities, or even our villages. As a journalist to take the microphone or the pen to defame, slander or denigrate its neighbor, it exists in our country… all of this is called violation of human rights. And the human rights, that is what everyone is talking about throughout the Congo Brazzaville. However, everyone in the Congo, consciously or unconsciously, market on the human rights. But what is sad is not to be able to assert his rights. The worst in all of this is to ignore its [ …]

Circle of reflection on the right (CERED) The issues swirling around the status of the member have always been the subject of lively debate. In The Congo Brazzaville, to the time of the renewal of the national assembly, these questions are more topical than ever and deserve special attention. One of the thorny issues often mentioned is that of the regime of the incompatibilities of parliamentarians, the latter being in the heart of the constitution and would be a real instrument in the service of the separation of powers. No one is supposed to ignore the law, especially not the peacemaker of the law, in this case the elected member. The legislature has chosen to enclose any political election in rules of strict law, mandatory for all, and which form the basis of the legitimacy of the elected. The good knowledge of the status of the members is a prerequisite for their independence and, therefore, of the balance between the powers, which remains, despite all the nuances that they must be within the context of our political system, one of the basic principles of any democracy.
public opinion has, often, to a lesser or greater extent, too generalized and draws conclusions on the severe deficit of knowledge of texts, on the part of members of this House, at least a good fringe of the latter, all the more that a few, recently elected or re-elected, have had a atypical, almost risky. This ignorance or deliberate ignorance of the texts is shared between the doers of the law, the regulators, the c [ …]

"… Today, the country is as stopped. All the world has gone out to prepare the pots to keep the government… ", Jean Claude IBOVI, hon Congolese by Annick FOUNGBÉ congratulates the electoral jousts in Africa and their corollaries of novelties that lead us to focus our reflection on the crimes rituals that are continuing to pay the chronic. It seems in fact exist a suspect who between the politicians and the atrocities ritual. It is the period of unexplained disappearances of children and adults, of canaries broken, loads of corpses of animals sacrificed and other assorted objects abandoned incognito to various intersections. Is there a real who between the political personalities and these evil practices? The development challenge is it really think when the conquest of power lies in the respect of the requirements of gurus and mystical characters? In the month of May last, the Gabonese people expressed its ras-the-bowl, before the non-indictment of a Senator by name indexed by a sad individual convicted of crimes rituals (information relayed by Rfi). It would be protected, it is said, by parliamentary immunity. In Benin in 2003, the local press took over the suspicious death of the niece of a declared candidate for the presidential elections. Presented as the victim died as a result of a drowning at the home of the uncle politician would have presented the suspicious trademarks referring rather a homicide [ …]

30 Years of work forces against a contractor based on the testimony of Mr. Eric exclusive HATON on its setbacks within Apave Congo (http://www.mampouya.com/article-apave-congo-temoignage-exclusif-d-un-expatrier-108052208.html) and that enabled us to lifted a corner of the veil in the intrigue within the silly group Apave, we have been able to continue our survey and refit the wire a few events marking of the subsidiary of this great behemoth that is the Group Apave. Over the course of this investigation we plunged into the world of the intrigues of large business in the Congo Brazzaville. Reaction of Jacques MARLIER the testimony of Mr. Eric HATON I am in agreement with the statements of Mr. Eric HATON. If I have received several times this document, it is for the simple reason that in 1995, with a colleague, we relaunched the company sleep by Mr. Jean BERSEILLE. I know the Congo Brazzaville since 1985. The company or worked my colleague was leaving the Congo. We had friends common Congolese. For him, there was no question to abandon them without work. Me, I had a small company in France in the field of non destructive testing. Together, we could revive Apave Congo and maintain the employment of these effective and competent technicians. The conspiracy Ethnic Misfiring ESSAMI-GATSE, OKO-GAKALA and others against the Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU in the history of the Congolese justice, one has never seen, a President of the Republic, in the light and the knowledge of everyone, in a way that is clear and deliberate, despite the denunciation of a media conspiracy visible, holdouts with such hatred against an officer totally innocent, far from everything and on which he wants to against all odds and put a scandal which on its own responsibility. In a document which was published in the journal "The Voice of the People" entitled "light on the events of March 04 2012 ", the conspiracy hatched by the shameful President Sassou Nguesso against Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU was exposed with all the possible clarity, with a clock accuracy, this document even foresaw the role that the President Sassou Nguesso was entrusted to justice after the failure of the commission of inquiry to which he had previously requested to achieve the purpose by the torture. The documentary stated that having failed, despite all the torture and attempts to bribe to do say to KAKOM, the arsonist involuntary of the famous Camps of the ECRAMMU and other, that he had been commissioned by the Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU, the commission was relinquished jurisdiction by the President Sassou Nguesso who called to the rescue the Justice with the order to achieve the same goal in putting this tragedy of March 04, 2012 on the charge of Colonel Marcel NTSOUROU. This documentary concluded: "a conspiracy [ …]

MCDDI: For an internal Conference, Mbongui the MCDDI by Elvis G. MAKOUEZI to the Congolese Movement for Democracy and the Integral Development (M.C. D. D. I), the ideas they fail or are missing-they not? If they do not lack, then it is important to realize that the problem is that the summit certainly do not always listen. Not only does he not listen the database but also all those who can help them to do or redo of this movement one of the largest parties of the Republic of the Congo. A party which will thus become a partner, or a opponent inescapable, responsible, listened and respected. The say may already be sufficient to prompt some scowls. But the hour is not and is no longer to watch the boat which capsized. If it is still a little bit of luck for some to save their furniture, for the MCDDI it is now a problem of survival. Today for those who are familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of the MCDDI, perhaps it is the time of the last chance. The great risk will be then, the total hemorrhage. There will be more than a small circle of parents, friends, accomplices and their advisers bound by the same interests to share the heritage of the party. If it has to come here (fortunately that we are not there yet, but for how long still ? ), any activist could bring civil and lodge a complaint against x for diversion. This will be at the tower of justice to take the relay and person [ …]

Aurelie NGANGA: THE MERCENARY OF MN-COM Suite to the article which has caused the suspension for 9 months of the journal "THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE" and that we also broadcast full on our blog under the title: "War of Succession in the Congo Brazzaville", (http://www.mampouya.com/article-vu-lu-et-entendu-pour-vous-au-congo-de-sassou-109939060.html), Aurelie NGANGA the Director General of MN-Com and lobbyist in leader of Jean Jacques BOUYA (Michelin for the respondents) to thought good to publish as a right of reply an interview-advertising unmotivated to coup of petro CFA to brag about its merits and its many capabilities in the journal "African Week". The Editor-in-chief of "The African Week" Joachim MBANZA who has lost all dignity and distorted the profession of journalist in the Congo in the path of the long list of "mercenaries of the pen", writing without state of soul to the highest bidder as other people do the war without state of soul for the individual who has the full scholarship. Remains to be seen whether the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the newspaper "The Africa Week", Bishop Anatole MILANDOU endorsed and approved these practices which are the shame of the entire Catholic community of Congo Brazzaville. WARNING SHOT OR STROKE OF GRACE FATAL by Elvis G. MAKOUEZI (Member of the MCDDI) for the sunlight of Greenwich it will have to wait for the earlier the results of the first round of the legislative elections of 15 July in the Congo Brazzaville before to know if what is happening within the Congolese Movement for Democracy and the Integral Development (MCDDI) is a warning shot or a coup de grace fatal.Whatever the outcome of these elections, the MCDDI created the august 3, 1989 by the President KOLELAS (fire) will no longer be the same. The Sun of Greenwich cannot be taken seriously if he kept his silence. Our conscience calls us to a duty citizen and activist so that each is placed before its responsibilities and its balance sheet (including ours) the face of history. Even if we are being criticized for editorial freedom in relation to our points of view, analyzes and reviews on topics of current interest in the Congo and "the egratignement" of the main ally of the instances of the movement, we do not confuse by ethics and respect for the reader of the roles and the other with ours. Perhaps we should remind that in regards to our balance sheet, in selflessness, we equipped the MCCDI of his best tool of communication since it exists, this in order to bring this movement of its constituents, sympathizers and fellow in the world but also to open it to the world through a tool of modern communication and efficient to know, the design, the realization and the [ …]
