Yesterday the blog was in maintenance because you were many to look for the famous session of Yoga Nidrâ in download. Seeing the aspect of small panic, we then simplified the navigation on this blog and hope that you are satisfied, do not hesitate to indicate us the slightest difficulty or to suggest us improvements.

The training course 2 days in Yoga Is maintained even if the deadline of the registrations(inscriptions) is past(over) and even if we have this day only a confirmation among numerous interested persons.

With Prânâyâmâ, we arrive in the heart of the building, of the practice, the philosophy and the metaphysics that is the Yoga. Prânâyâmâ is a discipline which concerns both the breath, the energy and the mental and the microcosm and the macrocosm. We speak about individual breath but also about cosmic breath called SVARA, it is the universal breath which settles(adjusts) all the worlds, all the future and at the same time all the beings.

This breath there becomes the PRÂNÂ quant it gets(touches) the human body.

The discipline of the breath concerns as much the posture as the gestures(movements), as sounds, as mantrâ, as the lights, as the concentrations, as the meditations. In fact, Prânâyâmâ is the art of the non-breath. It is the art to manage to breathe without air(sight), simply in the pure energy. And to arrive in celà, it is necessary to learn to breathe correctly so as to eliminate all the possibilities of tensions and energy blockings bound(connected) to the breath.

In a 1st time(weather), we learn to install(settle) an abdominal breath to stimulate Uddhiyanadhara, the zone included between the navel and the sex. This zone where the energy of the breath nait and where he(it) created the individual and all his future, and all that he(it) is.

Prânâyâmâ, it is the art of the balance, the art of the internal and outside harmony. It is the art of the freedom and the independence of the individual with regard to the world and to the sort(species). It is a way of being connected with the universe.

The breath is a symphony, a quète, a search(research) for balance, for authenticity, for knowledge, for recession(drop) and for immobility.

Prânâyâmâ is also called the MATRA YOGA. Matra wants to say Rhythm.

The breath it is the science, it is the art of the rhythm, what what means that it is not going to involve that to breathe with or without air(sight), but celà is going to imply(involve) a completely essential, often new notion, that is the rhythm.

It is not the second which gives rhythm to the breath. The second is a rhythm which occupies the mental space. All the human beings are settled(adjusted) at the level of their rhythm, at the level of their time(weather), over the second. All our vibratory frequencies, all our frequencies of breath are dependent on this rhythm of the sort(species) that is the second.

The rhythm of Prânâyâmâ, Matra, is a little bit different rhythm which has 2 qualities:

1) He(it) is longer, slower than the second

2) He(it) is personal

They are two esssentiels elements.

The MATRA which gives rhythm, which replaces " the time(weather) and second " is the time(weather) which it is necessary to make the tour(ballot) of the knee with the major and click of the finger. What amounts to 1,5 seconds, 2 seconds.

By practising this rhythm of the MATRA, our space, our time(weather), our internal, intimate mental perception(collection), will be completely different. We shall have a feeling of much bigger space, a much vaster dimension, a much more precise interiority

That's right the MATRA.

From the moment our rhythm is slowed down, we take(bring) out conditionings(packagings) of the sort(species). All which shakes everybody and which is given rhythm over the second, all which worries everybody and which is given rhythm over the second, all which reminds everybody in the same way and which is given rhythm over the second, we are going to realize that at one go, if our rhythm is slower, we extract of all these constraints, all these conditionings(packagings), which makes that all the human beings have the same concerns(preoccupations).

It is not to dissociate itself from the sort(species), indeed on, it is just a question, in the heart, in the center of the sort(species), to find its own autonomy, its own freedom, to release itself from the karma of the sort(species) and from its own karma because this one lives at the rate of second and not at the rate of Matra.

Slowing down, economy, Prânâyâmâ changes everything, because by slowing down the breath, there is a waterfall(stunt) of physiological, energy and mental reactions.

That Prânâyâmâ is big!!!

Kumbhaka (devanagari:??????) The name of one « a girl jar is, in Sanskrit, ». This male noun derives from the word kumbha (devanagari????) which(who) names(appoints) more generally « a jar, a jar, a vase, one jar ».

In Yoga, the respiratory basic cycle includes 3 phases: inspiration ( puraka ) - Retention of the breath ( Kumbhaka) - Expiration ( rechaka ).

Here we are at the end of our small study 7 main Chakrâ, what brings to say that they exist many more centres of energies in us. Nâtha Yoga works on these 7 chakrâ in particular, while adding it the Lotus to 12 petals Lalana Chakrâ called as Kalachakrâ, situated above Vishuddha, exactly in Tâlamulâ and then as Lotus Manas Chakrâ has 6 petals situated above the âjna chakrâ, Lotus Soma Chakrâ in 16 petals, Lotus Nirvana Chakrâ has 10 beams(shelves), Lotus Akasha Chakrâ has 12 rays of light glittering in the heart of Sahasrara Chakrâ.

We shall thus end this short study with the Lotus has one thousand petal called Sahasrara Chakrâ, while knowing that it is always simplified because there is so to tell the comment!

Here is the essential bindu itself, counter - bindu, which is the consciousness itself, having in its center the totality of the Absolute. Near bindu, in an opening is Samkinî who is the constructive energy, préservatrice and destructive.


It is here the experiment of the perfect unmanî union in which the attachment to the world and to its dependences is cut. In this cakra Shiva is held with Nirvânashakti, free of everything. In the triangle there is three bindu: the first one is "Ham" the male, the second is "Its" feminine or prakriti; their union gives the visarga, both space and full. It is "Ham / his". The representation going out of the bindu is Shivârdha, half Shiva, half Nâda. It is the origin of all the dualities. The potential which will build up itself in muladhara.

Nommée Âjñâ, this flower appeared from some waters ( ambuja ), similar to the celestial body refreshing ( the Moon), glitters with the glory of the meditation.

His(Her,Its) body in both perfectly white petals is quite haloed with clarity(brightness) by kalã Ha and Ksa ( ksha ).

In the Triangle is Itara-linga, of white color, similar to the flash of lighting.

Inside this chakrâ live(lie) perpetually, such the brilliance(radiation) of a lamp, the internal principle of the pure Intellect ( suddha-buddhi-antarâtman ), which is shown by letters A U M the combination(overall) of which trains(forms) Pranava which is the One inside ( antarâtman ).

He(It) is surrounded in all the directions(managements) of sorts of sparks which shine in the space, and with its own light similar to that of a lit(switched on) lamp, he(it) illuminates since Muladhara Chakrâ until Brahmarandhra (opening (randhra) at the top of the head, by which the Soul is supposed to leave the body at the time of the death).

In the mandala of the Moon is Hamsa, within which is supreme Shiva united with Shakti.

In the middle is this Shakti Hãkini of one lunar whiteness, has six red faces, which dispenses(exempts) by a mudrâ the knowledge and likes a skull, a rosary and a drum in the shape of hourglass. She(it) has the cleansed spirit.

Vishudha

In the throat(breast) is the Lotus 16 petals, spotless (exempt from impurity because his(her,its) nature is magnificence), named Vishuddha, of a smoked grey tone, who is illuminated with all the scarlet vowels brillantant its petals (shows itself, bright, for the sãdhaka with which the intellect is illuminated thanks to an inimterrompue practice of the yoga which freed(cleared) him(it) of any stain under the shape of attachment in the sensory objects).

He(It) has red strands and is decorated with the mandala of the Sky, the circular shape, spreading out gloriously as the Full moon.

In its environment(middle) is the Triangle. There is the mandala of the Moon (chandra-mandala).

In the middle of the Sky is the bîja of the Sky ( ambara ), some Ether ( ãkãsa ), white color, within which lives(lies) Sadãshiva, the god whose naming was proved sincere.

On an elephant ( nãga ) in the snow-covered reflections rose the brilliant, radiant body, of the bîja of the Sky: HAM

To hold(retain) at first for the practice of Hatha Yoga:

16 grey petals smoked, the full moon, the triangle and the bîja HAM

Anahata

In the heart is very adorable appeared - of - the mud (name of the lotus) has 12 petals, burning with the beauty of the flower bandhuka ( Pentapetes Phoenicea).

Known under the name of Anahata (because there shows itself the sound not stemming from a percussion the year-âhata which is other one than Bhraman in the form of sound), it is the celestial tree (Surataru or Kalpataru, one of 5 trees of the paradise of Indra, which fulfills all the desires) which grants(tunes) beyond even of what is wished.

There is the mandala of the Air(Sight) (Vayu-mandala), the color of smoke, magnificent face(figure) in 6 angles (two registered isosceles triangles the one in the other one).

In the middle is the syllable of the Purifier (Strutted about, the air(sight), the wind, the breath), harmonious, grey as a column of smoke, the bîja YAM.

This bîja ( Vayu-bîja) appears with four arms, gone(taken) up on an antelope, supreme, and in its environment(middle), on the treasure of the condolence, without stain, bright as the swan ( hamsa ), which we call Lord Isã (of yellow color), and who of the two hands dissipates the frights and spreads his(her,its) graces(favors) on three worlds.

The wind ( vayu ) is the mainspring of all the organic functions(offices) and also the vector of the psychic activities. This chakrâ manages the production and the distribution(casting) of the mental energy, adapts it to its physical and nervous function(office). He(it) has for function(office) the assimilation, accumulations and the distribution(casting) of the vital fluid Prâna. It is relation, manages, all which is movement in the physical activity.
