We arrive in San Sebastian in a beautiful and warm sunshine. Yes the rain we had left.

At noon we take all our time for the lunch break, comfortably sitting on a bench, facing the beach.

Zurriola Bridge more popularly known under the name of "The bridge of the Kursaal"

We must hurry to join the youth hostel where we booked our seats. It is located at the other end of the city, our backpacks are heavy, and do not take the time for photos, we will see it later. We are straying a bit ....... nothing is tag.

The AJ, charming pink house or the welcome is warm, but we are a little cramped and a lot of youth a little noisy.

After a good shower and a little tweaking, we are ready for the visit and the photo memories.

What a surprise, the farewell ride! IT IS raining! We are not going to get very far ...

The park of Miramar and its palace

With its privileged views on the bay of La Concha, the park of Miramar is a must during any promenade along the coastline of San Sebastian.

Dominated by a spectacular palace, inspired by the homes of english country -it is not for nothing that it was designed by Selden Wornum, British subject-, the gardens of Miramar descend gently to the sea, between trails of gravel and flower beds. (ODT)

The evening we will go eat at the home of veterans "Casa of Abuelo And Abuela" For 6.95 €. Very very good reception and meal super good and plentiful.

This morning, it is cold but it is not raining. We descend to the pier to take the boat which will lead us on the other shore.

On the wharf, we proceed to the right, and plummet sharply back of steep stairs and endless to side of the cliff. Ca is there, it must be when completed, the rain is invited hiding the little landscape that we had. And then we continue on a parallel path to a former aqueduct, which we can still see the old bridges.

Soon we surplombons Donastia-San -Sebastian and the beach of the - Zurriola. Above the old town the Christ dominated San Sebastian. (photo taken from the Belvedere)

Departure in the rain
After a good climb, we arrive at the hermitage of Guadalupe, and then borrow the camino forestal.
We arrive on the heights of San Juan (Pasai Donibane)

Because of the rain, we arrived quickly in the gite which only opens at 16h. We are now 4 people to do the planton, the hospitalero is not content and invites us to continue our path. It is raining, it is cold, and it will eventually open before the hour.

The gite is very friendly, very clean, but without heating. Difficult to warm up in these conditions.

Between two showers, we start exploring the city and find a restaurant for the evening meal.
